Introduction to Security Risk Management at Cultural Venues, London

On Wednesday 8th February, our training team travelled to London to deliver our CPD-certified Introduction to Security Risk Management at Cultural Venues programme at the Museum of London Docklands.

This was an excellent opportunity for associates from a variety of cultural venues to meet others working in the sector and to increase their knowledge and understanding of security risk management at their venue.

We were pleased to welcome a mixed group of delegates including museum directors, curators and apprentices to the programme which covered the following content elements:

  • Understanding Threats to the Cultural and Heritage Sector
  • The Attack Cycle
  • Introduction to Risk Assessing
  • Understanding Security in Depth
  • Identifying and Assessing Vulnerabilities
  • Introducing Effective Security Operations
  • Education and Training

Based on the amazing feedback we have received following yesterday’s session, we are confident all delegates left this session with a wealth of new knowledge surrounding security risk management focusing on what is necessary at cultural venues. We expect this session to open several more opportunities for Trident Manor Training Academy programmes to be delivered in London soon.

If you have further questions surrounding any of our cultural protection programmes, feel free to contact the team on 01325 734850 or via email.
